With over 15 years of experience making award-winning wines across the globe, my role as a winemaker at Les Alliés is driven by a passion for quality, precision, and innovation. My primary goal is to ensure that each wine reflects the unique and the exceptional quality that French wines are known for..
My Role
I oversee the production process. This includes carefully selecting the highest quality wines from each varietal, and ensuring that each blend achieves the perfect balance of flavor, aroma, and structure. I am responsible for making critical decisions that impact the final product.
Quality Focus
A core element of my work is maintaining the highest level of quality throughout the entire process. I ensure that every wine is meticulously made to highlight the natural characteristics of the grape varietals and that each bottle meets the high standards of Les Alliés. From sensory analysis to fine-tuning the final blends, my focus is always on achieving wines that are both technically sound and richly expressive.
Interventions
I regularly intervene during key stages closely to optimize every detail. My interventions aim to enhance the potential of the wines, ensuring freshness, complexity, fruit expression, and elegance in every bottle. Whether it’s refining the balance between acidity and sweetness or guiding the wines through aging with oak, my approach is both technical and artisanal, combining science with creativity. I take great pride in the wines we produce and am deeply committed to delivering exceptional wines that reflect the essence of Les Alliés.
